Product Warranty

Panther Vision warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for 90 days, starting from the date of purchase. All warranties are valid for the original purchaser only, and may not be transferred or sold.

Exclusions

This Warranty specifically excludes defects resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, submersion, vehicle crash, or by any other type of impact. Removal, installation, or reinstallation costs are not covered by this Warranty and are the sole responsibility of the customer

Returns

We hope that you are very pleased with your purchase from Panther Vision. However, we understand that things can go wrong and there are occasions when you need to return goods to us.

Goods faulty on arrival

If your goods are faulty on arrival, you have 14 days to inform us of the fault. When the goods are returned to us and the fault has been verified, at your option we’ll issue a full refund to you via your original payment method or send you a replacement at no cost.

Wrong product ordered

We insist that you check your vehicle owner’s manual before ordering any bulbs. If you order the wrong bulb type, you may return it for an exchange* if the packet is sealed, unopened and product is in new and unused condition. If they have been used, damaged, have finger prints etc, no refund or exchange will be available. You will be responsible for all postage costs. *(In the event that an exchange is not available a full refund or a credit will be offered)

Goods Faulty in Warranty Period

If your goods develop a fault within the warranty period then please contact us to arrange a replacement.

Disclaimer

The items offered by Panther Vision are only intended for use in a legal manner. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check with local laws to ensure that the color / brightness / installation method of the bulbs that they are purchasing is legal in their area. It is also the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that lights are installed in light housings as required by local laws. Sales to areas where road-use of the products purchased is prohibited, these products are sold for off-road / show use only. By placing an order, the Buyer represents that he/she is of legal age and that products ordered will only be used in a lawful manner. The Buyer agrees that he/she will not use or allow others to use any item from Panther Vision in an illegal fashion. The Buyer further agrees to hold Panther Vision, its employees, agents and suppliers harmless for claims, actions, and legal and/or court fees brought against him/her in connection with any use of products ordered from.
